If I could give 0 stars I would. VERY disappointed with the customer service. The lady was rude to my mother and I when we asked a simple question and gave us a dirty look for no reason the whole time we were in there! Never stopping in again.

Worst gas station in the whole town of Jacksonville. There's constantly this older white haired lady working and she is just absolutely terrible at, well, the part of her job that includes not being hateful yo customers. Every time I've been in there she's there and rude as can be. The other day I went the (for the last time) and parked at a pump to get gas. Well, I had a dollar that I put in the slot machines they have available in the back. Mind you, no signs are posted anywhere that state you can't park at a pump (I obviously wouldn't have if I was going to be there more than 5 minutes or even if they were busy). Less than two minutes later she storms back there and demands that I move my car immediately. I say okay and she walks off. I get ready to just cash out and go and THE OTHER EMPLOYEE does the same thing! Ten seconds later! They were NOT busy and no one was waiting for said gas pump. Needless to say I did not get my gas there and will not be returning to that location or any Circle K for that matter until she is no longer employed with them. You shouldn't be able to treat customers however you please especially when you work for a large corporation like this.
