For the second time the automatic car wash credit card terminal was not working tried both. Had to go to wauconda again for a car wash? When are they gonna fix those?

I put $5 into the coin machine and did not receive any quarters. The machine ate my money. The automatic car wash took 10 tries to even register a card was inserted. Out of the options listed, only one button worked. This car wash has a lot of problems and issues. Not worth your time or money.

Apparently you need 4 dollars to start the wash (12 quarters) which is fine but I didn’t have that on me. I had to use my only alternative, my debit card. My first round I went all the way to $10 as that’s where it stops, which is fine. When I inserted my card for the second time I didn’t even use the full $4, so it wouldn’t let me stop until it reached the $4 mark. Even though my second round was only in the amount of $4, I was still charged another full $10. I check my bank app for the charges just to find out I was charged $10 twice on top of that the $4 as well. Total of $24 spend, completely unnecessary as I only spent 12 minutes activity washing. I would like to call and dispute this with the owner, but there isn’t even a phone number listed anywhere. Please reach back out to this review with contact information.

No working phone number to contact for a refund.. Regular size suv couldn’t fit in the automatic wash due to the narrow size of the car wash (no width restrictions posted). The pipes on the side destroyed my rims because of this. Can the owner of this car wash please reply.

The touchless wash cleaned basically nothing off my car. It was still covered in salt and dirt afterward. The picture is a close up of my right rear quarter panel- you can seewhere i wiped a spot with my finger.
