We've been doing business with LMM & Associates now since 2018. We've always held Laura and her team in high regard. Whenever you walk into the office you're greeted as if you're family. They've always put our best interests first and look at all possible angles to save us money. Even after we moved to the other side of the country, we continue to use LMM & Associates. Samantha Avalos did our taxes this year and communicated with us constantly. Plus, with the addition of Tax Dome, getting my prep work done is so much easier.

We had been with a large accounting firm when we had our business and were very, very satisfied , but since our transitioning ownership to one of our long time associates, we've used the LMM organization that she started using. Same professional quality, with all the capabilities of the larger firm, but geographically closer. We sometimes worked remotely with the larger firm. However, being well into our "mature years" to keep more personal working arrangements and mitigate our lack of comfort with data transfer etc., via computer, LMM's location was a half hour away and the previous firm was just short of an almost 2 hour drive away. We sometimes worked with their Chicago Suburban area office but that too was difficult for us. They graciously recommended a different firm within a much shorter drive while at the same time our associate recommended LMM as she moved forward. We thanked our previous counselors for an excellent relationship and followed her lead. The transition was seamless, we are very satisfied the results and all is well. We are fortunate.

I’ve known Laura Mraz for many years but had an accountant I had been working with for 20 years prior to meeting Laura. About 4 years ago when my previous accountant dropped the ball, Laura and her team picked up the pieces no questions asked. They were extremely professional, fast, and worked with my estate planner and financial advisor to make sure all aspects were handled properly. I didn’t realize what had been wrong for the many years prior with my previous accountant.
