My wife had just given birth and I wanted to get her some flowers. I walked into the shop, and was looking to get her something small. The ladies in the store put together something beautiful as fast as they could and they could tell I was in a rush to get back to the hospital. I was in the store for not even five minutes and the small arrangement they made for my wife was perfect.

I recently purchased a funeral arrangement this past Monday for a family member from Huntley Floral. With tax & delivery it was over approx. $160.00 and unfortunately it had to be one of the worst arrangements I have ever seen. Nothing like the picture, substitution of flowers shown were of a much lesser grade, they looked old, tired and I was so embarrassed. If the shop didn't have the flowers to do the arrangement properly just say so and I'll try another florist. The only response I received from the message I left was that "they receive fresh flowers every Monday", my advice would be to find another supplier. Those were not fresh flowers. I would also advise the Funeral Home not to recommend them, they are not doing family and friends of the deceased a courtesy.

I ordered a small bouquet of fresh flowers to give as a gift. My husband picked up the bouquet and mentioned that one of the flowers looked a bit droopy. When I looked at the bouquet, the flower he mentioned was more than droopy, it looked dead. I had to remove it from the bouquet because I would have been embarrassed to give a bouquet with a dead flower. The florist was closed for the weekend by the time I discovered this sad looking bouquet. On Monday, I called and spoke with the owner of the business. I expressed my disappointment in the poor quality of the bouquet. Her response was that she was very surprised because they always use fresh flowers. I told her I had taken a photo and would stop by to show her when I was in the area. She told me I was welcome to do that (THANKS!) She only expressed surprise and did not offer an apology, which WOULD have gone a long way. Because of her unapologetic attitude, I would be hesitant to do business with this establishment in the future and would not recommend them.

I came to Huntley Floral for my Mother's Funeral. They were very kind and helpful. The floral arrangements were beautiful. They really helped us make this a celebration of Mom's life. Thank you so much.I will use them in the future and referrals will be made.

I don't usually write reviews but felt lead to write one for the way they corrected my order. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 10/17 for "Premium Always on My mind" bouquet. Unfortunately, only dozen roses were sent. I called Weds. morning to inquire about mistake in my order. They apologized and said they will take care of it. Less than an hour later, I received a call from family stating she received correct flowers. I was very impressed how quickly they corrected their mistake and their phone etiquette on the phone. Thank you. I will be using your florist in the future.

Small, veteran owned business, with excellent customer service and timely delivery. He even texted me when the delivery was completed. Very easy to order a beautiful arrangement for my dear friend’s birthday. Thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering from you again.

We ordered arrangements for a funeral and the arrangements were very sparse and significantly underwhelming.When we went in the ladies were very nice but maybe they didn’t explain things well. The one who helped us gave us books of funeral arrangements to look through. We picked out the style we wanted and she asked us our price point. We said $150-$200. There was no explanation on what we would get for that price but it was nothing like the pictures. My family collectively spent $800 at Huntley floral and were very disappointed

The lady that helped us was nice but the floral arrangements that we picked out from the book was not what was expected for the price that we paid. To top it off the flowers for for my brothers funeral and it looked like some of the flowers were dying. I had many people make comments on them.
