No tellers and no cash on hand! lost are large family of 48 and growing bank accounts we will always go to the bank with live agents not machines and liquid cash

Worst bank ever. I moved my business account to BMO and every single transaction I've had there has been screwed up by one employee or another. Even the managers up to the VPs are of no help. Find a different bank do yourself a favor don't waste your time here.

Absolute worst bank tellers of all time .Have been to this location 3 times and today will be my last . Also a suggestion send them to school to speak English and learn how to pay attention .

We had two accounts in this bank. One was a personal checking account for routine transactions, and in the other account we kept charity money to help people in need. My friends, relatives and I used to deposit money using ZellePay in the charity account, not huge donations but $20, $40, $50, $100, $200 $400, likewise. The bank was concerned why other people deposit in the account. The bank sent me forms to fill out and asked me several questions about my background, etc. After taking all information, the bank rep informed me that everything is taken care of. About two months later, I received letters from the bank that they don't want to do business with me and my husband, and I should close both the accounts. They did not specify any reason in the letters. I called to find out but they never picked up the phone. Probably, they have problems with charity; what a shame!!

I have been staying in Huntley for almost two months now after selling my home, and I have called this branch DOZENS of times in this period. I have NEVER reached anyone here, once. I have been on the phone with a Manager from the Resolution Dept. with BMO Harris while standing in front of their doors, who tried calling several times and could not get through to them. So when I have been told to just walk-up through the drive-thru, the tellers give me strange looks. I have had to fill out some paperwork for cashiers checks and have had nothing to write on. They didn't even have the decency to offer for me to come in the lobby, and YES, I am on camera clearly, with a face mask. I understand with what's going on in the world, but the fact that I have to stand outside with nothing to write on and get weird looks from the teller and his Manager is horrible customer service. I have been on the phone with reps just today who have reached out, and could not get a hold of anyone. I have put in formal complaints with their Resolution Team and other Managers by phone, and I will also be reaching out to the B.B.B. about this particular branch. I have never left a review before, so congrats on upsetting me enough to be the first. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. MR. WOODMAN, THE TELLER, AND THE WOMAN MANAGER ARE THE EPITOME OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would recommend you keep your money in a shoe box before banking here. My husband and I had fraud on our account so we had to open a new checking account. We left the old one open till everything cleared. They charged us a service fee on the old account. After we felt everything had cleared and went to close it, they wouldn't reverse the service charges. They should have never charged the fees from the beginning. Caroline D. was the banker and she was awful. When I asked for the Manager, I was told there was no Manger available. I closed my accounts.

One teller trying to cover lobby AND drive-up. You are creating un-necessary wait times by skimping on customer service. Very bad idea. Your customer's are waiting.

Entered bank to do some HOA business with a neighbor who had recent foot surgery and exposed large cast and crushes Manager not anyone else's if they could help us. Then manager Jessica Smith Harshly asked us to move to the opposite side of the bank (away from the bad compliment coffee) with no regard to my neighbors comfort or ability She continued her personal conversation with one of the tellers and didn't help us with our banking

DON'T BANK HERE!! My husband walked in today to do his business. The manager was laying across the counter having a personal conversation with the employees about time off, meanwhile my husband stood there ignored! Nobody greeted him, nor did they stop their conversation to help the client!! This has happened on multiple occasions but today takes the cake! We bank at multiple banks, PNC, US Bank, and get fabulous service at both. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!
