I first started with therapy from joint surgery and all therapists were friendly, highly professional, and helped a lot with getting me back moving. Then I started using the aqua therapy and swimming in the lap pool! I really very much enjoy using the fitness room equipment upstairs. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The facility is clean and modern! We are so lucky to have Hopedale Wellness Center and the entire medical facility!!

It’s very frustrating when you can’t workout on an evening when you get off work or on a Saturday or Sunday night if you want get out some of the weeks frustration. Please change your hours to accommodate for the folks that work all day. Other gyms stay open until 10pm almost every night of the week but the HWC closes at 4:30 on a Saturday night.

Great place to swim or take classes. Have pool hot tub and heated therapy pool. Exercise room upstairs, indoor walking track and a gym and weight room.
