I went in today to switch out one of my wall plugs because it no longer works the manager told me she couldn’t do itif it was more than two years old . So she’s looking at it & said it was from 2018 I said ok I left but the more I thought about I knew she was lying because I bought that within the last year. So I look at it & it has no date on it at all. I called the Tinley location I had no problems. This is very disheartening for customers that spend money with your company on a monthly bases I won’t be coming back to this location if the manager will lie about a wall plug ?

I like having this new location closer to me but the staff here do too much. Every other bath and body I can use all my coupons at once. They try to argue with you if that’s true then why don’t you just ring up all my times and try it if it’s really not gonna work. Very unprofessional. So I’ll stick to a different one. The other locations are worth the drive.

My experience was alright. Customer service could have been better. I was never greeted or acknowledged at all during the majority of my time there, just once as I was getting ready to make my way out. The store is very beautiful and well stocked though. I definitely plan on giving them another shot.Update: I went back and same disappointing customer service. I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed any help, however I noticed everyone after me was helped and greeted and people around me were acknowledged. I even made eye contact with someone on the floor and still she did not speak to me. Sad. I hate that I live so close to this location but get this type of service, I’ll probably just stick to Orland, I love them.
