1st time using BI Rental and it was quick and easy. Pickup on Sunday and took less than 10 minutes for the paperwork and explained everything for dropoff after hours. Definately recommend

Friendly staff, good location but very old equipment. I needed a van, and it was not in a good shape but served its purpose. Other than that it was easy checking in and out.

These people are an absolute waste of time to deal with after the getting the runaround on the telephone I ended up showing up here just for them to make me stand around while they talk to other customers for 25 minutes and then tell me that they cannot rent the piece of equipment they told me they had available
