An under-insured driver hit my parents head-on in an accident that caused severe injuries. They were in the hospital for a combined 47 days, and additional surgeries were necessary. My parents are insured through Steve's agency and thankfully he had made sure they had really good coverage. Steve was wonderful! He made sure I understood what needed to be done on behalf of my parents, and he checked in regularly to see how they were doing. He immediately started the process to have their under-insured motorist coverage kick in. The claims adjuster was fantastic as well! Farmer's kept on top of the other insurance company to make sure they paid out quickly, and Farmer's paid out the remainder right away. I'm so grateful that Steve and his agency made this part of the process simple when I was dealing with so many parts of the crisis. I highly recommend working with Steve!
