Had a great experience! Everyone was so professional and nice! I had a lot of questions and was helped with everything! The stylist was so nice and did such a great job on my hair! I will definitely be going back!

Karlie helped us so much. Greeted us right away at the door and had so much knowledge of the products. We left very happy with everything we got and I love that she wasn’t pushy with products. She educated us so much on everything and honestly that is such a great thing. Thank you so much Karlie

This store is very small and not laid out like the other stores. I find it easier just to ask the staff where stuff is so I can get in and out quickly.

I loved my experience with the manager Lexi. She matched my foundation perfectly and even told me more about it. She said how she loved it. I got exactly what I needed. She also matched me with a powder. Thank you Lexi

Met a very nice lady who helped me pick out some items. I am always hesitant to ask ANY employees from any store advice because maybe we don’t always see eye to eye. I did enjoy my interaction with this one lady I wished I caught her name!

Went in to browse the store this evening. The bathrooms are in the hair salon. When I walked in I used the washroom. After a bit of browsing I had to use the washroom again. I didn’t know that was an issue but apparently it was today. As I was walking to the washroom again. The Older stylist with grey hair what I think was an attempted whisper said “ that’s her second time.”
Again I didn’t know we were allowed only one entry to the washroom without being judged. It was disappointing. It made me feel like I did something wrong. Do better, Ulta.

The manager was very non helpful and was too busy talking about her issues to another co worker. Maybe you need to grow up. And who the heck hired her. She needs to fired. Feel sorry for you. Lost a customer here.

Decent selection of items. They need to restock some more items though. Sometimes the testers are the only thing left. Also there was a worker that was helping someone and when they left the worker was talking so much smack about them to the other workers and laughing about it. Then proceeded to ask me and other customers if we needed help.. uhm no thanks..
