This store is AMAZING! The customer service and ambiance is top notch. Toula is by far the best! She takes the time to make you feel comfortable and confident about the beautiful jewelry you are purchasing from here! My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and the Hinsdale Marcus location!

Cute nice local store. They don't carry any jean sizes except for like 29 and below. Also when you walk in they give you a look that you can't afford to shop in that store. I was with my mom multiple times and the ladies that used to work there were so nice. Now people that work there are snots

I love this store. It’s beautiful, elegant, and with original merchandise. I just wish they carried more extended sizes. I’m always frustrated when I shop there as literally nothing fits.

Molly always makes me feel welcome and appreciated. She helped me design my living room by helping decorate the shelves, she brought over all kinds of blown glass, vases, artwork, sculpture, frames, crystals, book ends and coffee table books. 6 large shelves look amazing and she was generous with her time. Molly personally helps me also when I shop for clothes in store and brings all kinds of items for me to try on. She makes the experience there so lovely, which is what brings me back to shopping at Marcus! The other women who work there are very nice as well and very attentive.

Stylish layout in an open setting with lots of room for browsing. However, we didn't browse for long. We cut our visit short and won't be back any time soon. The staff member had her mask off as we walked through the door. She put it on over her mouth only. Another staff member walked into the main floor without a mask, drinking a beverage. Customers came down from the upper level, some with masks, some without, and others with their masks around their chins. Staff came downstairs unmasked. If you value your health, shop elsewhere.

Store was nicely organized, although like someone said below in the reviews, they did not wear masks, making me feel very uncomfortable and also singled out. I needed to get the worker's attention to help me, which she did not seem to want to do. Overall, the worker was pretentious which I disliked.

I visited MARCUS today with my two daughters. First, none of the workers wore masks at any point while everyone else is required to. Secondly, one of the attendants made us feel very uncomfortable. I am a woman of color and the moment I approached the jewelry counter, and without me asking, she told me that several pieces are vintage Chanel and come from Paris. Then she mentioned another high-end designer they have and how the pieces are made of gold and real stones. When I asked to see some of the jewelry, she immediately told me the price, again, without me asking. My 16 yr old was so uncomfortable and asked to leave the store immediately. Frankly, they are pompous, over priced and put people's health at risk. I will not give them my business.

I was excited to visit this store as my husband is a big fan of the reality show. It occupies a beautiful corner storefront in Hinsdale. Parking in Hinsdale is just horrible, though so be prepared to circle blocks multiple times unless you can do your business in less than 30 minutes to get a spot. I would compare it to a small Bloomingdales, high end merchandise with a pleasant vibe. Mainly women's clothing and accessories with some home decor. They have a great children's section on the 2nd floor, I ended up purchasing a girls bag that was very unique and the only particular style that I saw on the floor. The packaging and gift boxes have a very branded yet exclusive look. When I need a future gift and assuming I can somewhat effortlessly find parking, I ll definitely visit again! *Update: I don't feel the same love of this store after a follow up visit so taking down 1 star. Pretty merchandise but not a family friendly place to shop.
