I absolutely loved my experience in Hinsdale BM! First of all, I adore the atmosphere in this location! The set up and allover vibe! It has an abundance of high end products! Loved the service, too!! I'll be back very soon! Thank you!! :))

Not impressed. Thank God there is online shopping available. They really profile you at this location. If you're in for a quick small purchase, they don't bother giving you good customer service- in fact, I don't even think they know what good customer service is. Laura, the manager is so rude and judgmental. In fact, most of the staff here sucks. Before you know it, they'll be out of business like most smaller stores in the area.

Bluemercury is my go to place for skincare and makeup needs. Today was my first time shopping at the Hinsdale location. The store is attractive, clean and busy with customers. I was immediately greeted by sales associate Heidi. She was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the product I purchased. I look forward to returning to the Hinsdale store as the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Heidi!

Hinsdale BlueMercury location is a busy area but still a great place. They really have a wide range of options too choose from. which is always wonderful for all your beauty & cosmetic needs, either from skin care, fragrances, Amazing eyeshadow pallets. With multiple new/trending brands for your own choosing. But All M-61 products are great. Especially the powerglow toner with the hydraboost lolzBut there's many more brands, INDIE LEE, CHANTECAILLE, TOM FORD and many more? This list is endless..The beauty advisor's are so kind & helpful. Always amazing too chat with 100%. They actually love too assist you, They are proper & professional without judging others. But I liked This location its very interesting in many ways, So definitely check it out!??♀️?

Blue Mercury is my go to if I'm out of make up and need it fast. I can park right outside, and run in and run out. No trying to find a place to park in a busy mall..its super easy, and one stop shopping. Raul, ( Hope I got the spelling of his name right) was wonderful. I brought my daughter in last month to have someone teach her how to do her makeup. He was extraordinary. Made her feel like a princess. He recommended Bobbi Brown, and we ended up buying the foundation, powder, eyeliner, and mascara. We should have taken a before and after. She looked amazing! This was a girl who swore she would never wear foundation or eyeliner, but to her SURPRISE and MINE, she absolutely loved the new look. If you ever want to have your makeup done, go to him! He is by far, an artist. And he can take a beautiful face and make it more beautiful!! Run, don't walk, into this place! You will DEFINITELY leave happy!!

My daughter and I had a really bad experience at the Hinsdale location. After patiently waiting with only two other customers who were being helped We were told they would be right with us. Another lady came in and was immediately taken care of while we just stood there. I have been in that store many times and never been treated so poorly

Bluemercury is a beauty and skincare aficionado's dream. Special shoutout to the Trish McEvoy make up artists who come to represent the brand. Megan did my make up for a special event and made me look stunning. The only complaint regarding Bluemercury's policy is they charge $20 for applying lashes! Really? I just purchased the lashes from you and dropped another $200 on products. The least you could do is waive the the application fee like Sephora!

They have really great high end makeup and skincare, stuff you can't find in ULTA or Sephora. The lady Kayla was really helpful and kind.
