First, we have a PO box where we constantly get other people's mail. I can't imagine how much mail we have lost. I wouldn't think it would be too difficult to read a number.Second, my son walked through the side door and didn't see the others in line because of boxes, so he thought he was next for service. The big j*** at the window belittled him and then waited on everyone else, even people who came in later before my son. We need Rita back. This guy needs to get over himself.

I used to live in the city of St. Louis. Highland post office is so very good compared to the city. I have never experienced a problem with Highland post office and the people are very nice. the city post offices are awful

Worst service EVER, ANYWHERE! I regularly have packages from Amazon and other sellers with an arrival date, per tracking.When it is transferred to the Highland Post Office, I now know it will be at least a day late.Ridiculous. They need to clean house and hire people who understand the importance of getting packages to their destination on time.

I just hate the post office in general. Junk mail is always delivered accurately and on time while everything else that I actually WANT to receive either gets lost, delivered to my neighbors, or undelivered because the junk mail came first and completely filled up my small mailbox.

The woman named Joy (should be Joyless) that works in thisbranch is a nasty and unprofessional person that would beun-hireable in the private sector. She got nasty with me wheni told her that her lazy carrier not only didn't knock on the mailrecipients door but didn't tag it for a 'missed' delivery for a pieceof certified mail. It also took 3 weeks for a piece of mail to getfrom Colorado to Illinois (not this branches fault, I realize) andthis woman was not only unsympathetic but she acted like it wasno big deal.

All the employees here are amazing. Always very friendly and fast. I've never had to wait in line more than a minute or 2 and they make it all very pleasant.

Terrible customer service at this location, a postal worker should know that USPS offers shipping envelopes of various sizes. It was extremely busy, so I didn't even bother to try to take the time to explain, just simply said I would go to another location. Good grief.

After a rough start at our new address, the carrier came in and resolved the issue and everything seems to be fine now.
