My wife and I purchased a van through Muller Honda. Jim was very accommodating and upfront about out-the-door pricing. No frills or gimmicks! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Jim did not hassle us or try and rush the sale, but gave us our time and space to discuss our options.
Ray from financing was very knowledgeable about our options and made sure that we knew all of our options before signing.
Both gentlemen made us feel like valued customers rather than numbers on a sheet. We will definitely look into Muller Honda for our future vehicles!

I had a great experience buying my car here from Jim and Mike! They made the buying process very straightforward and quick. Unfortunately there is no Negative starts. These guys deserve it. I was interested in one of their Honda Odyssey. I called them upfront to confirm the Vehicle is still available. Went to the dealership test drove the vehicle. We Agreed on a price then Phil comes and tells me I am sorry there is a mistake in the inventory and some one has already put deposit on that car two days back. Wasted my half day. Such disorganized dealer cant even keep their inventory or may be they dint wanted to sell the car to people of certain color!!!

My experience was great. I met Hans who made my experience wonderful. He was sincere, understanding, and wasn’t pushy. He gave me his honest opinion on a few cars I was looking at and helped me find a good fit. The rest of the team was super friendly and I loved that they ensured the process was good and everything was correct. I highly recommend this dealership. Hans speaks Spanish so that was a plus for me! Gracias por todo Muller Honda!

I bought a 2022 Honda CRV from here. I worked with Philip. Philip was very friendly and helpful. John in Finance was good to work with as well. But they need new management. After two weeks of owning the car it started to give me issues. I asked them about a possible buy back and a manger called us saying that no dealership does buy backs. But that’s not true. I know of dealerships that do buy backs. Because of how management treated us. I would not buy from here again

Certified Preowned essential means they pencil whipped a form to show how the vehicle was meticulously inspected. After purchasing a 2020 Pilot Elite, I replaced two tires, wiper blades, battery and re-secured the air intake filter box. The box was left open providing a loud noise upon acceleration. The CPO form is just a form. It does not guarantee the vehicle was actually inspected. Raise your hand if you like having your CPO jump started twice in the first two weeks of ownership. ?
Oh yeah, it was out of alignment too.

Wasted my time, lied to me and seemed to put as little effort as possible in making the sale. I asked the sales rep to inspect the car before I drove 3.5 hours and they assured me the car was in great condition. I arrived after my drive to find a vehicle with half an inch of water in the trunk. I was willing to let this go and still purchase the vehicle. They then offered me half the market rate for my car as a trade in (I litterally drove 3 minutes down the road and got an appraisal for $3k more). They wouldn't budge a single $1 on the list price even with known issues with the vehicle. Idk about the team as a whole but the people I interacted with were arrogant,arugmentitive and gernally a waste of time to deal with. I'd avoid this dealer and its team at all costs. Theres a million other places to buy a car, choose those. They'll also sell a vehicle from under you. I was sitting down negiotating a price and they were letting other people test drive the CAR! I cant believe a place thats run like this has any customers at all. ALSO DO NOT BUY THE LINCOLN MKZ that is currently listed. I almost gurantee they do not fix the trunk and do not tell customers about it.
