I give them a 3 star and I’m feeling generous today or maybe my experience are lower. I catch attitude from the people working the counter and let’s face it they are supposed to be the ones with the auto mechanics knowledge I’m simply the customers trying to explain what I need. ed never seen the part in question. Regardless when you tell people they don’t know what they are talking about and it turns out that I’m having to return items often there it doesn’t seem like they know their job. Just poor customer service all around
