I called this placed, and I spoke to “ octavio “ on the phone and I specifically asked him if I can bring my own box hair dye he said YES that’s the only reason I went. Once I get there there was a rude older lady in the front and as soon as I told her I was bringing my own, she rolled her eyes and was talking to “ Tina” with attitude about me bringing my own. Mind you I only came because they said it was fine. Now I understand if they don’t work with outside products but why say yes on the phone and waste peoples times. We left because we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Also, seen some guys walking out with their haircuts and they do not do a good job. Take your money somewhere else.

Also to make matters worse, I called to complain about this awful "hair cut" I got and "Octovio" was too spineless to hold a conversation with me and hung up. How about stop being a coward and apologize at the very least!??????
I left a review already that was 1 star but I think it' blocked or "being reviewed".
I am coming back for a refund, look how short and round they cut my hair. If you see someone there named "Octovio" walk away, this guy has NO IDEA what he is doing, he doesn't even know that you need to wash gel/product out of someones hair before cutting it, that's basic common sense.

It’s always been difficult to find quality hair cut with a decent price. If jis Super Cuts location has the nicest group of ladies whom ALL cut hair just right and they take their time to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you ladies!!! My mother and i will continue to come every few months☺️

My daughter has gotten her hair cut here twice by Shawna. We are always happy with the cut and even though it’s not the closest to us, we will definitely be back to see her!
