Absolutely amazing! Staff were EXTREMELY friendly, and approachable! Quite funny too! i was given an amazing cut for a great price!! The hair wash was stunning, I'd pay them greatly to wash my hair everyday! Staff are also very supportive an fun! I can't say enough about the staff! They were just amazing!! I can't wait to go back next week for a blonde peekaboo!! Kerri was the one who did my hair and she was the BEST!! Super funny and worked with me to figure out how to do my hair! Her vibe helped me have a really good rest of the day!! I will 100% be going back here. maybe even get a job there! Kerri was amazing!! -Mat

Completely shady-I bought a few Groupons for keratin treatments because Sylvia and Linda were great. Someone inadvertently scanned two of my Groupons on my last visit. Spoke with manager and sent her the proof as requested, but the owner Nadeem refuses to return my calls to credit me back. He's knowingly keeping the money from Groupon without providing the services. (Oh and he watches all the clients and workers from that camera in the shop)-SO shady.

First time having service in this salon, had a haircut, blow dry and hair treatment and I loved it so much! I cant help touching my hair, so smooth, silky and shiny. Mercedes did an amazing job, I told her I only wanted a simple layer on my hair and she did it so perfectly. I am so happy feeling so beautiful afterwards!

Mercedes did an amazing job with my haircut!I had a haircut couple of months ago that was super messy, and she did a great job fixing it as my hair grew out. Very detailed and attentive work, and the pricing is great :)Will definitely be coming back!

On Sunday 6/25/23I went to Fantastic Sam's Harwood Heights as a walk in, Sylvia was the "only"one holding the fort down and took me in without hesitation and completely transformed the mess of a haircut I had gotten from another company. Sylvia did a GREAT job on my hair and she will be my go to girl for future cuts.Thank you Sylvia ?
