Great experience. We drove 3 1/2 hours to buy from New Wheels. The car was just as described and they went out of their way to make sure it was a pleasureable experience. Juan, Dan, and Jose were great.

Very nice company I traded in my jeep Liberty in that I bought 2 years ago with New Wheels I went back for a Nissan rogue and with the help of Robert he was very patient it took almost a week for me to decide and eventually I got the upgrade I wanted.

Buyer beware. I will be updating this post tomorrow after my mechanic checks it over but as of today I would NOT recommend this dealership at all.
I am out of state and asked all of the relevant questions regarding the reliability and safety of driving a 2004 Sienna from Indiana to Arizona. In writing(thankfully for legal purposes) they stated the van was safe and reliable and the only thing wrong was a belt squeal, that they would fix before the van was delivered to me. The van was delivered and they DID NOT fix the belt or replace it as promised. There are a couple of other issues I noticed once the van was delivered and will be addressed at the mechanic tomorrow. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at new wheels. I’m on my 3rd car that I’ve purchased there. I’ve been dealing with the sales rep Cristian, and have nothing but good feedback on him, any issues with the vehicle he’s always followed up on his promise to fix it. The repair shop is great also, I had a check engine light issue going on and off and they found the source and fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to find a affordable reliable car and having trustworthy salespeople is a plus as well!

Shady dealer, only reason I bought a car from there is because of the condition it was in. After 3 hours of driving it around it started over heating. And replaced the thermostat but still over heats so it’s probably an injured engine. They are fast to get you in and out but be warned of them, bring someone who knows a lot about cars. And take your time buying don’t feel rushed

Not too happy. I got a infinity qx80 truck from them for around 23000 but the interest made it 47000. I am all for paying something reasonable to the finance company but this is criminal and their needs to be laws and regulations on these legal armed robberies.

So to start off with the staff are helpful and friendly. I was skeptical at first I always buy my vehicles from a name brand dealership. Found a nice Lincoln Mark LT called spoke to Robert who was my sales person the best had my Mechanic look over the truck all checked out. Was not looking to buy that day but the staff here got me approved and on my way quick. later I found out my neighbor bought a truck from here also has it for years. I will recommended this place to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. See Robert here for your next vehicle Thanks guys Love this truck
