Tried to be seen by their immediate care for extreme shortness of breath, the nurse was arguing with me regarding my insurance and said it wasn’t accepted and that it was “clear as day” as she aggressively kept pointing at my insurance card. I’m not upset I couldn’t be seen… but the attitude and condescending tone towards someone who is experiencing a medical issue was just unnecessary. Don’t work in healthcare if you can’t be patient and compassionate towards everyone that walks through the clinic doors.

This is about their internal medicine dept. I took someone for an appointment. This company treats nurses very disrespectful and in a abusive manner. Nurses were running around and did not have time to take a break or lunch. They have three times as many doctors as nurses. It would not be too long before someone files a lawsuit.Management is not providing fair treatment to every employees.

Loved when it was DuPage Medical Group. Ever since changing to Duly, customer service is subpar, especially billing. I reached out numerous times to have an old insurance policy removed from MyChart. Never happened. So, when I went to urgent care in July 2023, they kept trying to bill the visit to my old insurance plan. I actually had to initiate the inquiry in November...FOUR months later...as to why I hadn't received a bill. Finally got a bill in late November. They confirmed they kept trying to bill my old insurance plan. Once it was all sorted out, I started making bi-weekly payments. In December, they started calling me once a week to remind me of my account balance and how I need to pay it. All they had to do was look at my payment history and go "Oh, he's making regular payments. We don't need to call." Funny how they can be stupid with their end of billing but will hound you for taking your time paying down your balance.

Had a physical with Dr. Patel in Internal Medicine in December 2023. Was disappointed by her bedside manner; I was interrupted while speaking multiple times and she wasn't receptive to my ideas and suggestions for improving my physical health. I didn't feel heard and understood by her throughout the visit.

Checked in @ 5:38 pm to get blood work drawn. Sat in lobby for an hour and then was informed that the tech left at 5:30. Frustrated we wasted our evening due to poor communication.Update: Submitted feedback directly to Duly Healthcare following their response on google maps. Will update review after receiving their follow-up.

Some days there is a co pay and other days there is no co pay. Even staff mentioned that there is a “problem” with the system. These problems have been around for years. How much does it cost to fix the billing issues? Also they will hit you with surprise bills after the visit because of the delayed charges being posted. Service is pretty good. Diagnostic imaging appointments can be a circus sometimes. If Northwestern medicine was any better people should go there but they are even worse than this place.

A big thank you to Jessica B in Duly Lab services in Glen Ellyn for her kindness, helpfulness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me with a tough situation. Her suggestions really made a difference on a tough day for me and I am so grateful.

Very bad experience, staff is not responsive. Doctors and PA/Kelly do not return phone calls. They seem to be to "busy" with other things that prevents them from good patient care.

Unfortunately this location has just been horrible, we will no longer be seeing Dr. Scott Murphy. There's always a problem... with insurance or the clinic coordinators are trying to avoid giving you an appointment. Duly pediatrics should do better for our children - it's a shame.

This is the most frustrating group to book with. Anything scheduled on MyChart is a minimum of a one week wait - for illness and earache. You MUST CALL if you need an appointment for anything.I've had to use urgent care for the last 3 issues, as anyone at Duly is booked for too long to deal with any immediate issues.Tried to get in for a rash for dermatology - they are booked for the next 65 days.

Been a patient since 2017, I am on my 5th doctor, every physician I have had has quit! I called in today and the representative pretty much told me "oh well figure it out on your own!" currently looking for a new health care team Duly has gone all the way down! I will not be returning. Lastly, Duly, you are asking people to reach out to you regarding these reviews because you know no one will! the best business practice you should be doing is calling patients to see what the disconnect is so that you can properly run the company and train your staff.

I have been a patient since 2015 and within the past year service quality and providers hit rock bottom.I went to urgent care for strep throat had a prescription in 20 minutes but the PA never sent it to my pharmacy. I had to speed back before the clinic closed, had him resend to a 24-hour pharmacy because mine had already closed. Only to get an earful from the front desk worker who after 9 years was quitting things have gotten so bad.Scheduled an appointment for my daughter only to receive a call back they were canceling my appointment because they could not help me.My endocrinologist continues to reschedule my appointments only to be canceled because she's in meetings or not in the office. Then must wait another 2-3 months to be seen again.People working the desk at Radiology/Lab are rude and cannot do simple tasks like check in patients.

The practitioners and local teams are fantastic, this healthcare group (duly) is the most awful group I’ve dealt with in my entire life when it comes to healthcare only second to my insurance, and I worked in the industry for a decade.Incredible greed, poor practices, overseas billing and support teams now, just steer clear if you have any other choice.I did formally complain, and a member of their patient care team called me, assured me he’d help, and never called back, utter incompetence and evil.

Took my fiance there few days ago, first off the receptionist couldn't understand or hear what we were saying and didn't even bother to take off her earphones. Had to call them the second day, was put on hold for half an hour before the call just dropped; called again, this time on hold for almost an hour and was told to call back in 30 min. Every time I called they told me they couldn't find my fiance's information in the system and I had to provide everything, including insurance information (which we filled in the night we went in) again. Surprise surprise when the bill came the insurance information wasn't there.
