We had lost our safe deposit box keys. But Gregg, Jennifer, and Mgr. Diane were so helpful in arranging a locksmith to drill us a new lock. Gregg(sp.?), love your sense of humor too!

I lost my card and we came here 2-3 weeks ago to get it and Sunny was so helpful with the whole situation! It was a great experience and he was very nice the entire time. Highly recommend!

I addressed this with the manager, but she didn’t really seem to do anything appropriate about the situation. There is a 40 year old blonde haired teller at this location who also operates the drive thru portion of the bank and she is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She was rude to me on not one but two occasions. First she had an attitude with my boyfriend and I because we couldn’t hear her and she had to speak up. Then, the second time I saw her she didn’t even speak to me on a friendly basis she just jumped to what i needed but with a rude tone and didn’t say hello, didn’t say how are you - she has a bad attitude and terrible customer service. I’ve been a chase customer for 8 years and i have never had this type of snarky, childish treatment from a grown woman. If a Chase representative is reading this please examine the Chase employees at this location because they don’t know how to handle business. Maybe they can learn from the Chase on 63rd and Main in Downers Grove. They are actually nice at that location, unlike the Glen Ellyn one!

I’m going to preface my review by mentioning I am a Chase employee at another branch nearby, and I’m visibly pregnant. I came by this branch on my day off to grab cash and had to use the restroom. An employee told me they don’t have public restrooms… which is WRONG. As employees we’re told NOT to say that to clients, and to let someone in if they’re there for banking business. I was shocked this happened because at my branch we’d never treat a client that way, especially not a pregnant woman.
