I spent $850 4 months ago to have my axle and springs replaced and upgraded to 3500lbs. The wheels sit crooked and I have gone through 4 tires now, and I went to load a 1,500lb piece of equipment and the trailer squatted to the ground. I was ripped off and I refuse to let them touch my trailer again. I do not recommend.

Brought in my cracked intake manifold and within couple of days they had it welded and now my truck is up and running again better than before thank you!

The owner came to my house to look at the work I needed done. Prep a new air ride suspension to go under a tanker. He was pleasant and assured me they could do the work and it would be done in a timely manner. I took the suspension to them to be prepped ahead of taking the trailer. Sat up there over a month and was not touched. No communication. I went and got the suspension, owner has not said a word. I'm sure they are busy, I'm sure they do good work, but I was lied to and I don't deal with liars. All he had to do was make an effort and communicate.

They know their resources for parts and have experienced labor. Got us back on the road in a couple of hours after getting parts when the axle on our boat trailer failed! And they were VERY reasonable in pricing!

I had a fishing trip planned and my leaf springs broke on my trailer two days before my trip. I called load ready and they where able to put better slipper leaf springs on my trailer and finish the job in time so we could still take or family vacation. These people this establishment are top notch.I had a broken bolt with a broken piece of metal hanging from my trailer that I cannot cut off in one of the workers at Load Ready said will cut that off for you no problem no extra charge.

Couldn't be happier with my service from Load Redi. Limped my trailer in on 3 wheels because of a blown out bearing and here I am back on the road taken care of and back to business two days later. It did take a new axle but with the connections in the trailer world, they were able to secure one for me fast so I wasn't down and rescheduling 2 weeks worth of work. Beyond that, the recommendation was to tend to the other bearings to make sure everything was in good working order before leaving and they triple checked everything so I know that my trailer is good to go for the work season. If you're in need of trailer repair, take your trailer to Load Redi and have them work their magic. Awesome company, great people, and I'm back to work. Thank you!

I had a customer emergency with a broken weld on a brand new firepit. The guys at Load Redi were super busy, but took 5 minutes to expertly repair it, so it was even better than before. These folks lay down welds so nice they look like soft butter spread with a butter knife. Friendly, helpful and skilled, with attention to quality, I cannot say enough good about my experience with Load Redi. They were fantastic.
