I can not Express the exceptional service I have had with this business multiple times. I was involved in an accident with a complicated insurance claim due to the other drivers insurance lack of communication. It was a long drawn out period of time with persistent attempts on Pro/ tech to get the job done . My car was immaculate and felt like a new car after they competed their work. On the inside and outside. I was ecstatic when I picked it up.They helped me out again after VW gave me an estimate of 630$ plus the cost to paint to fix a stuck fuel door. They evaluated it and was informed that it needed a good cleaning and lubrication and NO replacement parts. They took more time to evaluate it then VW Quad cities. I was saved BIG money. I can not recommend this company enough in a small town of Geneseo. Thanks again!
