Bocker Auto Group was amazing. I have never met an organization where every person I spoke to was friendly, informative and willing to talk the truth with me. There's still that stigma of being a woman and buying a car that you get treated like you don't know what is going on. Not true with Bocker. They were open & honest. Logan,especially, was a great salesman, kept me informed and made the whole experience great. If you are not sure where to go to buy a car, Bocker Auto Group is the place to be.

Company plays games with advertising on website. Poor communication from sales in regards to vehicles on their website. Its hard to buy a vehicle that is sitting in a driveway and not on their lot.

Each time I bring my two Chevy Volts in for service, the mechanics do an outstanding job in listening to the issue, then troubleshooting and fixing the issue right, the first time. this last service was especially funny because I didn't know there was a button on the dash that needed to be pressed to put the fuel tank solenoids into the "Ready to Refuel" mode, where the vent valve opens to allow full fuel flow from the gas station nozzle. The mechanic took the Volt up to the gas station to duplicate and resolve the issue. Thanks for your work, plus the service manager kept me informed of the progress, and even dropped the Volt off at my house since I was out of town. THANK YOU BOTH for your support. Roger
