I was so happy with the quick service that Bocker gave me! They all went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back to me in a timely way. Heather was outstanding, she took extremely good care of me! I will definitely be using them from here on out!

Friendly service. Recommend going early if going for an oil change on Saturday morning. Two bays for oil changes, only one open. Took me approximately two hours to get an oil change. Other than that, all was amazing. The staff was amazing and courteous. Will definitely be back.

The people in the quick service lane were friendly and polite. They did more than I thought as far as inspecting my truck. They were very busy but still got my truck done in a timely fashion.

Working with salesman Jason Bardell and owner Delbert Bunker was second to none. I ordered a vehicle and was kept informed every couple of weeks the status of it. When I arrived to pick it up it was clean and ready to go. The paperwork was all ready for my arrival and easily completed. Jason did a great job explaining all the technology in the vehicle. I will definitely buy from Bocker Auto Group again!

Service Department is First Class!! Managers and Mechanics very knowledgeable and perform high quality work on all my vehicles we have regular serviced or trouble shooting problems. Always have a positive experience and it shows that their staff cares. Customer Service is a priority at Bocker Group!!

Bocker always does a thorough job and follows up with me via phone to review their assessment of my car. Though very busy, if I request my car get completed by a certain time, they’re always realistic in setting expectations, either confirming they’re too booked, or committing and following through with finishing it, usually early. Great service-oriented folks, happy to continue going here!

My car was done when promised. I have no problem with the work they did. Customer service was very good as well. I graded them lower because of the outrageous tires quote they gave me: over $1200 for 4 Michelin 17 inch tires. Ridiculous! I will return to Bocker for regular service, but I will get my tires elsewhere.

Brad and everyone in the service department was so helpful and understanding. Having my car break down was stressful enough but to learn that I had to replace the whole engine was devastating. They were able to get an engine sooner than expected, replaced it and got me on the road again.

My husband and I stopped right at closing on a Saturday and Gary Shorter was leaving the parking lot and stopped to talk to us. I came back Monday morning to test drive the vehicle. Everyone was sooo nice and helpful. Thank you for the easy and smooth experience of purchasing my new vehicle!

Thankfully, Bocker reached out to me to handle a recall I had been avoiding… and they took care of an additional issue I had been putting off getting looked at as well. I appreciate them being proactive, and I trust their diagnostics and recommendations.

Very good. They did everything that I asked them to do. They got me in last minute for a repair on my 2016 GMC Acadia. They finished Very quickly and I needed a loner vehicle and they helped me out with getting to an appointment on time
