Their office staff was always nice and pleasant (especially Donna), also their technicians were always respectful. They do not assign 1 technician to your facility, thus there was always a learning curve for each encounter. However after diving into our systems they managed for numerous years we had: hardware issues (redundant equipment not properly integrated), software issues (never installed after purchase and lack of passwords to use software), poor data backups, no usable asset management system (spreadsheets of equipment with software and serial numbers) or future planning documents for upgrades and planned service life replacement. Not being in IT we did not know the extent of the issues until our new provider brought all of this to light.

So far so good, got tired of cable provider constantly raising prices and many service outages. Had Aero fiber for several months, my contract is for 100 mb down and 50 mb up. Speed test regularly shows 105 mb or so down, and 98 mb up. All other area service providers limit upload speed to much less. i've had 1 technical issue and 1 billing issue (due to a referral refund) both were fixed promptly!

I definitely do not recommend this company. Line quality was extremely poor. Customer service was extremely poor. They were completely uninterested in supporting their service. The staff did not return calls more than once or help with service or billing issues when asked. I dropped them due to poor service.Further, to follow-up on this matter. I would again have to say this company is disorganized and unprofessional. I had a billing dispute with the company over poor service and they refused to address it at the time. They instead turned the matter over for collection. I paid them the balance they demanded to avoid a negative credit event. I now have looked earlier today and my credit reports show that I am in collection for the amount I paid over two years after the fact. I again cannot stress enough to avoid this company.

Horrible overpriced internet. canceled service in october and there still trying to bill us. Avoid aero at all cost. If you could give zero stars i would.

When it’s working it works great, sadly after many hours on the phone and countless other upgrades attempted on our party this company can not maintain a connection. During peak hours this company provides .2 mps download. While stating it is “up to 10 MPs”. Very sad in performance
