When we found pork cracklings being sold online by George's Brand Meat we ordered 3 packs. But when the cracklings arrived, they were RANCID and uneatable. I contacted the company but was not even offered an apology, much less an opportunity to return the rancid cracklings for some non-rancid ones. There went $40, including shipping, down the drain.

The Sibiu salam is not dry, taste like fresh minced meat and garlic.Nothing like Sibiu Salam from Sibiu.
