Initially my car was taken to Caliber in Crystal Lake who wouldn’t even give me an estimate because there was rust under my hood. The initial insurance coverage estimate had me paying over $3k out of pocket because of “damage from a previous accident”. I had my car towed over to Ross at Riverside who not only repaired my car to look better than it did before the accident, but he also fought the insurance company to get basically full coverage. I ended up only paying my deductible plus $200 out of pocket instead of the thousands I was initially told I’d have to pay by my insurance. I am so happy with the quality of work and the customer service provided. The owners didn’t know me yet they treated me as if I was family and saved me thousands while doing so. You’d be a fool to take your car elsewhere for collision repairs in the NW burbs. Extremely grateful for Riverside, thank you all!! Thank you for turning my nightmare into a dream!!

Ross and the team just fixed up my 2007 Rav4 and it looks new. This place is honest and very easy to work with. I’ve brought many vehicles here over the years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed! If for some reason you are, rest assured they will make it right.

I dropped my ‘11 Honda Pilot off with multiple paint issues needing to be fixed.The office staff is very pleasant and professional.Ross quoted me within minutes and stated they would need it for 5 days to do the work. The hood needed to be repainted since it was peeling, some areas were down to the bare metal. There were a few rust spots on the sides of the vehicle and multiple door dings that looked unsightly.They had it done in 4 days, to the exact price I was quoted.I have since have several compliments on how “new” my twelve year old SUV looks!High quality work, finished early, on budget and with a smile. What’s not to love about this company and the people that work there?!Thank you Riverside!

Ross and his guys are great. I've been going for years along with my family. Anytime we have car issues, Ross is our guy. He treats us like family and his work is outstanding. Ross is Old-school and tells it how it is. Straight shooter which I like. Would trust and recommend any day.

Ross and his staff are amazing! I've had to take my vehicle here twice in 3 months. He made working with insurance easy and made sure my car was fixed to looking brand new. Takes a little longer than expected for repairs sometimes, but I'd rather have it done right than fast!
