The car wash with automated brushes did a so so job… it was when the car wash ripped off my back windshield wiper and I had to replace the entire wiper and blade on my new car. The owner would not reimburse me.

Used self service bay and stopped when it said it would charge me $4.50. It charged my card $25. Used the touchless wash and paid for the higher option specifically to get the underbody washer. The washer came on and the timer said I had 20 seconds remaining, but it shut off after about 1. Very disappointed. I feel scammed

I'm giving this one star because I couldn't give it ZERO. The self wash bay is useless. No soap and very little pressure. Total waste of money. My car looks just as dirty as when I arrived. This was my first and last visit.

Auto washers seem fine but self serve lanes need a little attention. Credit card machine has been broken for a couple months, at least. Plus in the winter they lock the drive out door in the closed position, for windbreak but that means you have to back out after you wash the car.....hoping there aren't people behind you because then they have to back up also.....kind of awkward. The equipment seems to work well but the soap from the high pressure wand seemed like there was no soap at all. It's happened a few times so not sure if it's my bad timing or a real issue.

This car wash is not even worth the single star I am forced to give it. Every time I come here there is never presoak it comes out with just air. When you try to wash you vehicle with the soap wash setting barley any soap or suds comes out and you have to consistantly try to switch it to try to get more soap and even then your wasting your money and time because it never comes out consistently. Waste of money waste of time. Basically you pay just to use water. It's awful. I come here multiple times a week hoping for a different result and always say I'll give it one more chance and sure enough this was the last time I could say that i had to write a review. Dont waste your time and money on the worse care wash around here. I'll come back in a few days with an update and if theres so presoak or soap wash I will add more photos. I should get a refund for how many times I've come here and never can get a good wash my car. Dont waste your time take it from me a car enthusiast who goes to many car washes in the area and even out of state when I travel for car shows. I've never had an experience like this at ANY self wash I have ever been too.

DO NOT go here!!! The touch-less car wash bay uses hard water, which combined with the dryer that doesn't dry the car off at all, left water stains all over my cars paint. Also the rinse cycle doesn't rinse off the soap. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Personally I wouldn't waste my time here. I went to vacuum my car, all of the vacuums were broken. Place was dirty and everything (that I tried) was broken down.

This place is an absolute joke. Bays are filthy. I went through an entire cycle and not a drop of soap came out of the wand. I asked the little man, "where is the soap?"His reply was laced with vulgarities and incoherent mumbling.Please don't waste your time at this place.
