Terrible experience we got bumped off our original time slot because our boat had to be “repaired” they never inspected the boat before we got on. Said we damaged it then never sent pictures, or an iteamized recipe for any of the damages, on top of charging us a late fee. And saying that we’re going to call the sheriffs to come look for us .THEY NEVER DID. they closed up and left after “tryin to contact us”. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Terrible experience. Terrible custom service. Boat had an electrical fire took 45 mins to get a hold of anyone to get towed in and had to argue to get our money back and only received half off.

Very poor quality rental boats and customer service. Rental boat broke down, second boat ran out of gas, third boat was missing a seat. When refund was requested owners did not respond. Very disappointing. We do not recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stay away, unless you do not need your boat for 3 months, One man show, Sketchy at best. If your boat is broke and this is the last place to go, sell your boat.

I've heard they do good work and thought their winterization and storage fees were reasonable but nearly impossible to get a response or call back from either Ron or Greg on other things. Don't recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE!!! They had our boat for a YEAR! Constantly not responding, then lying about what was done, refuse to show us a service record. Greg & Ron are DISRESPECTFUL & CROOKED! Doesn’t get shadier than this place & these people!

They have had my boat for a year. Can’t get a call back or text as to when I pick it up. Terrible customer service the whole time. Was never given a quote for repairs that need to be done and can’t pick up the boat. Look around the yard when you get there and evaluate the environment. I just want to pick up my boat so I can take it somewhere else to repair so I can get it on the water!!!!

Great place to store your boat if you don't live close to Fox Lake an just want to drop it in at Ben Watts marina. You can also get great service for any problems !

These are real stand up guys, my son made a deal with them on a very inexpensive boat hardly worth their time..At the end of the day when we were not satisfied with the test drive today they instantly without hesitation returned his deposit on the spot.This is the type of people I want my son doing business with so much as we are awaiting to do another deal with them when the next boat is ready that my son can afford...Thanks guys you have earned our business, today and in the future ..Jim B. took my boat in for a check up, Greg and Bryan? I believe his name was went through my boat and made sure we are ready for the upcoming fall festivities. The work they completed rigging our new electronics was flawless and im glad they made suggestions toward a proper install vs just doing whatever. thanks fellas! your work and professionalism gained a returning customer!
