We rented a premier pontoon and had the best experience. The boat was clean, matched it's description and ran perfectly. Everyone was fun and easy to work with, from descriptions of where to safely ride, how everything operated and best places to enjoy our four hour rental. It was flawless from start to finish. I would highly recommend renting fro Jet Funn!!

Great access to the water, parking was ok, not great. Rented a pontoon for half a day. Boat was great, until it wasn't! Started hesitating at throttle up....called the office for a tow back. Was told to just go slow and get back on our own. Not the greatest PR. Took a little longer but we survived. Hence the middle of the road rating.

Summary: unsafe for a water deck boats without power steering and too much play in steering wheel, boats you cannot dock safely, boats without working fuel gauge, they will try to overcharge you on fuel, they will claim propeller damage to make you pay more and rip you off. They are running a scam.
These people had guts to show me prop that they claimed came from my rental boat after I returned that looked like beaten up with a hammer. These are con artists that will BS you into believing their stories of shallow fox lake and then will try to con you and rip you off. I took the boat into safe and buoy marked waterways travelled by all boats on the lake and these people claimed that propeller that looked like beaten up by the hammer was result from boating on fox lake. You would want to stay away from these people and pick better rental options.

We upgraded to premium because the standard was really very low profile. Nice experience at the reception, staffs were courteous and helped with all the questions we had.
Tried extending for whole day but unfortunately it got booked between we left the jetty and the time I called back to extend it.
The fuel price is double the market. And the fuel guage was dysfunctional. So there was no way to know how much fuel was there before we left.

old jet skis can fall apart while driving and you will be fined for it, very disappointed, the trip cost three times as much, I do not recommend it!

price of jet ski per hour 140 dollars for three paid 420 + 300 fine =720$ ??+ And the police fined me 600
As a result, we almost went bankrupt. 1320 $ in an hour ??♂️??♂️??♂️

Don't go here!!! It's a scam!!! the fines are huge!! You can't travel far and the police go everywhere and fine you!!! They're rude!! They don't explain anything properly! For one hour they charge $150 + $100 fine!!! And a $200 fine they paid the police separately for speeding!!! This is horror!!! old jetski!! They also take a $500 deposit from everyone!! No respect!!!

Great time and excellent staff. Rented wave runners for 2 hours. Plenty of space and the staff specifically tells you where to ride. Not sure why other reviews are saying they were stopped by police etc. Stay within the boundaries and there is a ton of space.

The staff was super accommodating and friendly. We had horrible weather one day and they worked with us to make our experience the best the possibly could. One of the few rentals that offer a captain, and they had a phenomenal one. He made our experience and was so friendly! I would highly recommend renting from them, prices were very fair.

i’d give jet funn more stars if i could!! the girls and i had monday off of work so it just seemed right to make it a boat day. when calling around, nothing really seemed like the right fit until i called jet funn and chris answered the phone. she was so friendly and informational. she told me all of the boat prices before i even got the chance to ask, and offered to send me pictures to make sure it was the right fit! when we got there, we were greeted but the shop manager kevin. he was absolutely wonderful. made sure we had the best boat and was even willing to go out of his way to help us load the boat!! they showed us exactly where not to go, and even provided us with a map with everything marked. when we went down to load the boat, one of the dock boys, i think his name was Q, made sure to pull the boat close to the pier so we wouldn’t fall in. They also have the perfect picture opportunity! they have a giant chair by the water with a palm tree! truly gets you in the mood to be on a boat! While out, the boat ran great! i went in with some boating experience, but it was extremely easy to operate! they were very thorough when going over how to drive and pull the propeller up in the no wake and shallow spots labeled on the map. When we came back, kevin made sure to greet us with some cheesey jokes! told me the prop was perfect and he was looking forward to seeing us again! all in all, it was such a perfect experience! i would highly recommend not only for the boat, but for the stellar customer service as well?
