If I could give more stars I would. My driver Lee was spot on ?%. I went along for the ride he Got me out to Ohio with my corvette, unloaded it and strapped down a new one and brought it back. Not one glitch. I Highly recommend Lee and Fox recovery and towing. ??

Do not bother whoever answered the phone didn’t even attempt to help super short and rude just wanted to get me off the phone lines. Its negative 2 outside and he Could have recommended someone else, could have gave an estimated time of when services could issued etc….. THEN MESSAGES BACK LIES AND WHAT A RESPONSE ! I NEVER CALLED ANYONE BEFORE OR AFTER YOU SIR! NEVER HUNG UP YOU WERE ON ANOTHER CALL SPEAKING SPANISH POR QUE TO TAMBIÉN HABLO ESPAÑOL NO MANCHES KNOCK IT OFF! Y SI QUE TENGAS UN LINDO DÍA

Im new to the area and my car died at the left turn lane on Rollins, so I quickly googled tow service near me, and dialed the first company that popped up (Fox Recovery/Towing). The guy was very polite/professional and said a driver would be there soon. Within 10 minutes, Lee showed up in a massive flat bed and carefully collected my vehicle. Lee dropped me off at home and suggested a shop to take my vehicle to. He made a stressful situation very smooth. I also can't believe the negative reviews on here.... because my experience was exceptional. Lee called me after he dropped off my vehicle, to let me know it was locked up and safe. I never carry $$, so Lee was able to take my payment over the phone, and even emailed me a detailed receipt with photos to submit to my auto insurance for reimbursement. If I ever need another tow (knock on wood) I would 100% use Fox Recovery & Towing.

I would highly recommend this towing company, they were very quick to respond to my broke down car, and they gave me all the required paperwork to file a claim with my insurance company. Lee is a very nice young man! Although I think he charged me more miles then it really was to the destination but the job was done.

I called this morning needed to get a car towed out of my driveway. They told me 20 minutes I expected to be sitting here for an hour hour and a half typical to most tow companies but no 10 minutes later Lee pulled in my driveway, most adorable employee ever, and had my car hooked up and out of here in five minutes Definitely will be going back anytime I need to tow. Very easy to work with. My car was at the shop within 1/2 hr of my calling for a tow. The driver was very helpful and took care of everything.

My 75 year old Mom needed her car towed. She called 2 different towing companies that gave her the run around. 3rd try, she called Fox Recovery and Towing. Instead of just hooking her up and towing her, they took the time to ask what the problem was, determined she only needed a jump (battery), and sent her on her way. They could have taken advantage of her but instead they helped. This kind of honesty is tough to come by. If any of our family ever needs a tow, this is who we'll call.Service: Car towing
