I recently opened up a new checking account about a week and a half, 2 weeks ago with Chase. I went without a bank for 15 years or so because I didn't trust them. The first time I walked in I was greeted warmly by Neelu. She was very welcoming and friendly. I told her that I wanted to open up a checking account and she said oh i can help you with that. And she brought me right into her office. I believe Neelu was relatively newbut she had been there long enough to know what she was doing. and I felt at ease with her right away. She took the time to explain everything to me and she was quick and thoroughand friendly. I was in the bank for maybe 30 minutes and we had everything set up and I felt confident that choosing Chase was a great idea.Fast forward to yesterday, I walk in to Chase all frazzled and upset because I had lost my wallet the day before and couldn't find it anywhere. I was a mess, guess who greeted me? Neelu. I had just walked in and she saw me from an office she was in with another customer and another banker and she came out quickly to ask if she could help me. I asked her if she remembered me from signing me up for 2 accounts. She said yes. I said thank you and proceeded to explain my last 24 hours of losing my wallet. I had no ID, no bank card or credit card no insurance card and no social security card and no cash. I needed to get some money out for a few days until my new card comes in the mail. She said yes, absolutely, I can do that for you. She brought me over to her desk and she asked me some questions to establish who i was and to protect my accounts and privacy. I was a wreck when I walked in and Neelu had me calmed down in no time. And boy was she a great multitasker. She was helping me out and 2 other customers in there as well. But her primary focus was on me and my situation. She had excellent communication and customer service skills and she was calm cool and collected and I was a complete mess. She spent at least 2 hours with me canceling my card and trying to set me up with a digital wallet to use until my new card came. We had a lot of trouble though because my phone was giving me issues so it wouldn't let us set it up. We were equally as frustrated. I can't tell you how much it meant to walk into an intimidating environment and be warmly and quickly greeted. Neelu was wonderful. Thank you Neelu for all of your help and time and patience. You deserve a 10 star review. Hang on to this employee, Chase she is a dynamo! I would recommend Chase Bank to anyone, they are really on the ball. And thanks also to the 2 other gentlemen that were trying to help. I'm so happy I went with Chase Bank. Thank you Neelu you were awesome! And thanks Chase Bank for making banking so convenient and simple to navigate your app.And the good news is that I got back from Chase and put my jacket on the couch and as I was laying it down I saw my wallet sitting on the couch that I had ripped apart 4 or 5 times trying to find. We all looked and then it appeared. Divine intervention.Oh what a relief! Thanks again Neelu and Chase!

I use this bank for my business so I am there 2-3 times a week.Neelu usually helps me. She is awesome. When I watch her with other customers she always uses their name. As a business owner I think that is a great personal touch. Always a smile whether busy or slow. I thought someone should know that Chase has a good one representing them. Neelu great job. Overall this branch is very good and friendly. Thanks again Neelu!!

I've been trying to talk to a JPMorgan advisor. Non are ever available when i stop in. I've left messages twice on their phone lines with no response. Can't wait to just take my money out. What horrible customer service.

i went through the drive-thru atm and had to wait more than 10 minutes just to deposit money. the atm was loading after the deposit and i had to wait just to know that my account was logged out securely.

Make sure to use the drive-thru because if you're in line waiting inside, you'll get ignored.

I thought this branch had an ATM you can still access in the first part of the lobby? I got there at closing so I wasn't expecting to be able to go inside, but use the ATM in the lobby that you can access with your chase card. An employee was locking the doors and I asked if the ATM can still be accessed by the card, she just looked at me and walked away... I can still use the outside one but those only give 20s. These chase branches are becoming less and less helpful.

Ilse was AMAZING! My daughter was opening her first account and he was very detailed in explaing the process and made sure she knew how to use the app and understood her account info. Just got a new customer from me too. Thank you!

I visited the branch the other day. I had an issue with my account that couldn't be fixed over the phone. Every worker I came across was so friendly. My issue was fixed. I felt safe going there during covid, everyone was wearing masks and it was clean. Chase is a great bank, thank you for all that you do.

I recently moved to Fox Lake and visited the branch to open an account (after having a bad experience at a different bank). The staff @ chase were very welcoming. They were short staffed this day, so the manager Nancy personally assisted me in opening my personal and business account.She was very knowledgeable about various financial ideas that could help me build a better financial portfolio. The next day a banker followed up with a call, to see if I needed any further assistance.Thank you Fox Lake Chase, for assisting me.

Given the times we are in I was afraid to go into a branch with Covid but I had a serious fraud concern that I preferred to address in person. The staff were all careful to wear masks and be as diligent as they could to resolve my issue, keep a sanitized space all while not rushing me to move on to the people waiting. I was very pleased with my experience.
