Keep charging more for services and giving less. Buy your checks but no Christmas envelopes. I've been with them for 25 yr. And am really starting to think about moving on.

I have not even been able to use any money within my account in the 3 weeks it’s been open. They put my account on hold for trying to deposit a check and said it can be on hold for up to 14 days. Then my direct deposit was sent to that bank and I have no way of receiving it. I’m closing this bank account immediately it’s a scam. Stick with USAA or Chase.

First thing that comes to my mind is a total incompetency, it's not about long lines or a cranky teller, it's about 2 mismanaged fraud cases. First case I reported first week of January 2023 to Julie, after that it was me chasing her as she did not return most of my phone calls. We finally met on February 23rd, along with the branch manager, they both quickly blamed us and our CPA, there was no clear steps outlined, just finger pointing. How do we run a business if the account is closed was never explained, we left confused and more upset. 2nd fraud case was reported to me on March 6th by Tina, Franklin WI branch Manager. She said" I did call the Fox Lake facility but no one picked up, I did leave messages for Julie and the branch manager but no one called me back" Tina did add a fraud alert to our account, but, by that time 7 fraudulent checks were cashed.Julie and the branch manager should be an imbursement to BMO, the Regional Manager and Ms. Ernie Johannson.How does a man from south side of Chicago drive to WI passing up several BMO branches and cashing 7 fraudulent checks? and 7 branches thought it was all good? Really BMO?!Cudos to Tina from Franklin WI branch for calling us.Cudos to Fritz from Barrington, who took quick steps to help us. In 10 minutes we knew what had to be done and how to get it done.Cudos to Elm Grove WI teller who read the alert, call the police and the man got arrested.We lost money from the 1st fraud. BMO paid us back for the 2nd fraud, but that's not even the point.

Jesus christ, the worst bank ever. The securtiy guard was harassing me cuz I walked over 2 see if the lady I opened my account was i . Wow u can't even walk in here without being harassed

I was there at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday all I needed was my card replaced (chip barely worked ). It took :45 mins to get a new card. HERES what happened ....after my old card was cut in half the computer stopped working and I could not get a new card until this was fixed first. The customer service person would not ask anyone for help even after I ask is there anyone here that can help? she stated "everyone is busy" . But she was willing to ask if I could come back sometime later that day. she restarted her computer after about :15 of saying " I don't know what happed". well after waiting for the restart and the staring at the monitor finally she decides to call the help center. another :15 mins goes by and I'm being kind on the 45 mins too.

Your hours are terrible they’re only open one it’s hard to get there and then when you get there there’s 40 people in line because there’s not enough people inside taking care of the people seriously thinking of changing banks
