“I was in Vonmaur’s yesterday 8-24-23 and had a wonderful experience. It stated out in customer service. The gal that was working I think her name was Ashley was so kind and gave great service. I was sitting waiting for my present to be wrapped and she was the only one working and she kept apologizing for it taking longer than expected because she kept getting interrupted. I told her it was totally fine but she was so worried that I would get mad for it taking so long so I told her it’s totally fine and that there is only 1 of her. Needless to say she did an amazing job at wrapping my presents. The whole store is a very beautiful pl s to shop. I don’t get out to Decatur much but I will be back especially for the FREE wrapping services they provide. Everyone needs to go see her for her wrapping presents needs.”
