My fiance was scammed out of $600. Do not go. We called the cops and they said get a lawyer. Highly recommend going somewhere else unless you like being robbed. Whole place is in on it. Won't even let you talk to a district manager cause the store manager is in on it. Stay away from Seth at Forsyth store.

Went to the store on Sunday December 3rd, hours on the door, Google and AT&T online state the store was supposed to open at 12:00. 12:00 came and went with no one there to open the store. Hours need to be adjusted to be accurate.

SCAM! My wife was lied to by the rep in store. She repeatedly asked if the additional line added would increase our bill. He said each and every time NO. PrimeComm reached out requesting info. They then acknowledged they received it (Sep. 6) and would get back in 24 to 48 hours. Yet another lie. It is now Sep. 17th! PrimeComm -do not reach out with an automated generic reply. My wife is Shena Jenkins and is the previous review. You people are doing business in bad faith. FIX IT!!!! ****- GOOGLE PRIMECOMM PEOPLE!. You see words like fraud over and over. I'd be happy to tell you where you can shove that automated response Primecomm. We'll be sure to throw our names on that list of a class action lawsuit. :)

Spoke with Andrew about getting a new phone. Although the store was busy, he was kind and attentive to all the customers. He juggled each customer and handled all their needs as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the service.

SCAM ARTISTS. Buyer beware. This is an authorized retailer, not a real AT&T store so they only care about meeting their quota. I simply went in to upgrade my phone and they lied to us by saying if we added an (unnecessary) 5th phone to our 4-person plan, then we could keep the same monthly bill. OUR BILL WENT UP $160! Now we are barely outside the 14-day return policy and we are stuck with it. We went to a real AT&T store and they said it made no sense why they added a 5th line to our account. Unethical and selfish.

Went in for an upgrade and they refused to upgrade a line because we refused to add a line to our account. We just wanted to upgrade a line not change our entire plan. It was a complete sales gimmick to add another line to our account to help their commissions out.Associates were Sarah and Drew. Stay far AWAY.

Seth and Blake were exceptional. I had an issue with an extra phone number on my account and they had it removed. They are the best.
