Megan in the office was nice enough to meet me at 6 after operating hours on Friday to do the key pickup. She personally took time out of her day to make that experience smoother. If not I wouldn’t have been able to get my keys until Saturday losing a whole day of access to my apartment. Thank you Megan for going above and beyond for a new tenant.”
