They should not have any stars......I got the run around after completing 2 applications within 30 days of each other...I never received application fee refund. After almost two weeks, I am still waiting to find out if I was approved or not. These people are unprofessional and I would not recommend their properties. Reason being...if they cannot handle something as simple as a return email or call for a lease application, I shutter to think how they would handle a real emergency during the terms of a lease. THEY SUCK!!!!

I was trying to setup a day and time to pick up my apartment keys. Unfortunately they only operate until 5pm and that’s when I get out of work. Megan in the office was nice enough to meet me at 6 after operating hours on Friday to do the key pickup. She personally took time out of her day to make that experience smoother. If not I wouldn’t have been able to get my keys until Saturday losing a whole day of access to my apartment. Thank you Megan for going above and beyond for a new tenant.

They know your application will be denied but still let you put one in anyway so they can pocket the $65 application fee, lol don’t even waste your time!

Couldn't have a worse experience with management company, no emergency number and team, slow responses even on critical issues like broken HVAC in subzero temperature, shirks responsibility any way possible, condescending and self righteous staff and attitude... I could go on forever

I recently moved in to an apartment managed by AvenueOne. The process was extremely easy and fast. I applied and got approved a few days later, lease is sent through email. The down payment is less than what most apartments ask for (at least in my case). Stephanie, Emily, & Mr. Manollo answered all my questions. Everything is managed by an app (including paying rent), you don't have to deal with a landlord, request maintenance on the app and they arrive the next day. Nice floors, granite counter tops, fresh paint, pet friendly. The unit I live at has mini high ceilings which makes the space feel bigger. Washer and dryers are fairly priced. The apartment complex I reside has a strip mall and gym at a walking distance.I will say that my first night here I witnessed a group of criminals stealing one of my neighbor's catalytic converter- which was insanely scary. However, I've heard that has been happening in many towns just have to be more careful and aware of the surroundings. I immediately set up ring cameras- nothing since. During the snowstorm and below zero weather, the maintenance crew came every single day to clean the sidewalks.I have dealt with nosy, horrible, rude landlords in the past, AvenueOne is the best decision I made!Overall, 5 stars because they are efficient, helpful, and quick.

Greetings - I have been living in the studio apartment at 4525 West 95TH Street for 8 months and AvenueOne Management really cares about there residents.If there's a problem I email it on the portal and they take care of it right away.Fran & Frank & Meagan are always so kind and go above and beyond to help you out.I highly recommend AvenueOne Management.With Warm Wishes,.Cathy Majewski

AvenueOne sold our apartment building to a different company without any prior notification to any of the tenants. Also, they conducted frequent apartment inspections without a 24 hour advance notice as was outlined in our lease. The only way to communicate with them is through their website (their voicemail is always full, so you can't call).

Most odious people we've ever encountered. Luckily for them the unit we're renting has amenities we like. But not without a cost - the place when renovated was rushed, we can see all gaps from the flooring, the shelves were undone, the closet doors wont close when you hang your clothes. Asked them to fix it - they never respond. Once they do, they will give you a time, but then they don't show up. We do not foresee ourselves staying longer than a year.

Was going to rent an apartment here but they don’t answer or call back!!! Worst experience ever. I’m trying to give you my money!!!! They also are trying to deny my application probably due to race. I make a lot more than the minimum expected for approval. I feel like I dodged a bullet!

I'm a current resident, and I will NEVER do business with this company again. Several issues, including cockroaches, have been problems since I moved in almost a year ago and have never been fully fixed. I never see our landlord, I can only contact them through an app, and it impossible to get them to fix anything. Cannot wait to move out.

have had a great experience living here at Avenueone. We moved from another state and the Move in process was super easy and the manager Angela was overly helpful in helping us get situated and everything taken care of. She is very kind and responsive to all of our questions right away and helps us with whatever we need which is much appreciated. The apartments are also nice and clean and the amenities are very great. Also walking distances to many restaurants and shops. Lastly we have not had any issues with noise from other residents as we have had that in past apartments we have lived at.
