I have been going to the Fairview Heights store for 2-3 years now (pretty much since they opened) and they are the best bunch of people I have ever met. They have gone out of their way to get me replacement parts and anything my little heart desired. For those with kit or no credit I would highly recommend Douglas and the whole Rent One team in Fairview Heights to anyone.

This is the best crew I’ve dealt with from your company when it was National Rent to Own to Rent One keep this crew they really work with you and I will keep coming back versus the other companies and they don’t lie to you and if they miss your call they actually apologize to you.

This location has the friendliest most polite workers. No day is a bad day at this store. The men that work here are always willing to help. Would highly recommend this store. Also, very clean and always smells fresh.

This is my second time renting from Rent One and my first experience was awesome and I just started renting again and Douglas @ store 209 was great keeping me updated on the product that I was wanting for and his overall customer service was great and I would gladly refer someone else and I look forward to doing more business in the near future and thank you again!!!!
