I wouldn’t recommend even if someone else is paying the female workers do not listen they do whatever they feel is right. I don’t understand why wouldn’t you consult with someone before doing anything on them and I also DONT UNDERSTAND WHY DONT THEY LISTEN. THE ENGLISH MUST NOT BE THAT GOOD BECAUSE THEY CAN CHAT AMONGST EACHOTHER BUT THEY CANT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE REQUESTS WHICH WASTED MY AND THEY TIME CAUSE I LEFT OUT THAT MF SHE HAD TO STOP IMMEDIATELY AND SHE WAS UPSET AND RUDE DEFINITELY DIDNT DESERVE MY CASH MONEY THAT TOOK OVER THE 99 and the 2000 mfs couldn’t even do my daughter a bow on her nails babe had to get a flower?

I normally leave 20+ tip because I like the clean up job but if they don’t recognize you or recognize you at the time, you’re not really taken care of for real. Terrible clean up job on my toes. Lady stopped in the middle of doing my toes because she wanted to join a family that was getting their toes done and told the guy with the runny nose to finish me when she didn’t even finish and left skin poking out all over my toes and my polish is all melted but I’m just black so who cares right? No one likes us and do us any kind of way because you’re just tolerating us while you’re here. No thanks. I’m sick of people not caring about what they are doing and just doing things to make a living. Can you please care about doing a great job on your customers and not stopping in the middle of doing someone toes just because someone you like more walked in? If your nose running do you mind not wiping SNOT on my leg? I won’t be back because you did these things out of lack of care. Peace. I’m not sure where I will find a shop that cares about the clients.

I went in for a mani (full set) and deluxe pedi. Started w pedi and it was good, not the best I've ever had but wouldn't complain about it. BUT...... The man that works there was TERRIBLY RUDE! He was short and curt with his words. I was deciding between 2 different cokirs and asking if the could do an ombré with the 2. He was not even doing my nails. He stood up walked over, looked at me and demanded with in a very disrespectful tone "JUST PICK A COLOR!!". Other patrons raised their eyebrows and the one sitting next to me said kindly to him "I believe that's what she is doing" with discussed. I paid and tipped my tech nicely and said I'd wait to do my nails another day. He glared at me as I exited and I said Thank you to my tech. Not another word from him. Terrible customer service! Now I know why they were not bust my on a Saturday afternoon! 2-3 for the pedi. Negative 10 for him!

I walked in with more expectations and left disappointed.I stooped in this salon to inquire about a pedicure. There are three Asian women who just seem to be lounging in the pedicure station seats.So, after a few seconds, I guess they looked confused as to why I was there. I asked what the procedure for a pedi was. They were busy talking in Mandarin or some other Asian language as though I wasn't there. I found this practice to be sort of rude, but that is strike #1.While talking with one of them, I asked price but I guess she wanted me to get in a chair. i told her I was just there to get info on what they do.So I asked their prices, and she pointed to their counter toward a tiny board , but she was yet to even approach me, which I'll call strike #2.So, I even explained that I would be new to this because the inter action felt a bit akward. Since I had a much information as I thought the three of them would give, I opted to leave the shop.And so before I could make my way towards the exit, they had already started speaking in Mandarin. It was like I wasn't even there.So that was Strike #3, as I am not going to patronize a business where they don't have enough respect for all of their customers

Been going here for a few months now. They do a fabulous on my nails, I am tough on them. They get me in right away and get down to business making my paw's beautiful again. The all are so friendly and helpful. It is a very clean and inviting place. They even have pedi chairs for the littles
