Beware of this store! An employee accessed my account for a customer to make fraudulent purchases on my account. I saw where purchases were made at a Chicago area store. I haven’t been to Chicago in over 6 months so I knew it wasn’t me. They cleared all my info and allowed the “customer” (or herself) add her info.

I was the store yesterday doing a pick up for fenty foundation I brought . And it wasn’t the right match so I did an exchange. And there were two ladies at the front (I’m mad I didn’t catch their names ) but you guys know who you are . You were so patient and nice , and helpful. I appreciate the phenomenal customer service, the patience! I was all over the place but they were very helpful ❤️❤️❤️

It was pretty organized but the staff weren’t very polite. Usually when you go into a store and you need help, people will walk up and assist you. However, that didn’t happen ONCE. And the staff seemed very uninterested overall. Not a great experience. I would recommend going to a different store.

I went to this store on Monday 5/13/24 looking for old Henriksen Banana Bright Vitamin C Serum. I was unable to locate it on my own, so I asked an associate on the floor stocking product where I could find Ole Henriksen products as I know there’s usually a whole section of selections. The store associate, without looking up or even stopping what she was doing says “we don’t have that here”. What? Since when?
So annoyed by her response (and lack customer service skills) I go over to the associate (African American woman) helping another customer in the Clinique corner and wait patiently until she completes her interaction, then ask her where to locate Ole Henriksen section. Without missing a beat, she sends me directly to the section overflowing with the requested product in the rear right corner of the store.
If you work in a store, you should know what products you sale. If you’re a new employee or unsure , you should have the good sense to seek help from a supervisor or senior associate, not just let the customer stand there and figure it out for themselves. If that’s the case, what are YOU being paid for? DO YOUR JOB which is more than restocking shelves I’m sure.
I made sure to voice my complaint with the cashier who checked me out, and went back
to the young lady in the Clinique corner to specifically thank HER for HER assistance.

Was able to get help with skincare options from the employees. Me skin is clearing up great, I just have to go through the stages of skin healing. They also have a great selection for press on nails.

The Ulta in Evergreen Park has restored my faith in customer service. I have walked into this particular store, multiple times, looking for an item and within minutes was asked if I needed assistance by Kenya. This past weekend an item I wanted appeared to be out of stock however, Kenya checked in the store room and was able to locate the item for me. Kenya is not only helpful, she is always polite and personable. With this kind of customer service, I will continue to patronize this Ulta location.

This is the worst store . You walk in not one person will ask can they help you. When you do ask someone about something they just point you in the direction of where to go. What little products that are available are disorganized. If you try to call to ask about a product, no one answers the phone. I don’t even know why they are still open. I would give no sta if I could

Dont order anything for curbside. They won’t come out to give it you. They expect you to come in even if you order it for curbside. Get rid of the curbside pick up option if youre not going to provide that service to your customers without it being a hassle!

Normally When I come to this location, it's hard getting Help!! Today I met Kenya. She was very Friendly and Helpful, she was able to find what I needed. Thank you again Kenya for Good customer service!!
