Excellent customer service! The sales associate who sold me my bed mattress was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service would have been a little bit better if there were a least two employees available to assist guests.

Oh wow where can I start it is 4th of July we decided to go shopping for a bed mattress firm was having a sale for 4th of July I talked to Tom and he said he was going to be there till 6:00 we decided to come in and check it out and he got us the greatest deal I couldn't believe it my husband couldn't believe it thank you so much to Tom and mattress firm because we couldn't afford a lot but he helped us thank you
