By two representatives working side by side I was told they couldn't complete my request and they sent me to a corporate store! The corporate store manager told methey could have completed said request but they simply don't want to work. F- don't go there unless you have to

They ordered the incorrect iPhone case but couldn’t exchange it for the proper one because they’re a franchised location. Mediocre service too. You’re better off shopping at the at-Mobile in Old Orchard.

Absolutely remarkable customer service! One of the workers, his name was Raphie, was exceptionally helpful. He was exceedingly cooperative, charismatic, and knowledgeable. His advice and assistance were direct and concise, helping me find the best deals possible! I couldn’t be more content. I highly recommend asking for Raphie the next time you find yourself at T-Mobile; you’ll be thrilled you did!

Visited the T-Mobile for info and comparison on Samsung S22 phones. The two team members present were very knowledgeable on the phones and answered all questions I had at the time. I'm seriously thinking of switching to T-Mobile as my current provider lacks in the offers and plans am looking for with a new phone

Horrible customer service. Stopped in for info about plan and to seek advice about possible phone screen issue. The rep was rude and dismissive, I didn’t see a name tag and was too bothered by his mannerisms that I didn’t bother to ask. In conversation he mentioned “Jump”. When asked what that was I was replied with, “Well if you don’t know what that is, it means you don’t have it”. Without ANY explanation of service. I asked again and was hit with the, “like I said”. Bad customer service. Today I walked in and waited just about ten minutes before someone acknowledged me. And matter of factly just said I will be with you in 15 or so minutes. No sorry, that he was the only one there and that he would be with me as soon as possible. His tone was rude too.

I’ve never been able to trust a service provider like this T-mobile store! Phillip was really nice and helped me with all my problems. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take and how much it would cost, and everything was exactly as described. The manager Jordan also was very polite.

Beware in this store they add you service that you don't want even if they ask you and you make it clearly that you don't want it. After I brought a phone they did it so be careful I found it until they start charging me on my bill.

Jordan is amazing. I have been with T mobile for years and I’ve always dealt with problems. I’ve been told my bill will not go up and it always does. Finally I’ve found a store where I know what I’m paying for. Jordan showed me the new iPhone and explained it perfectly, he told me how much my bill would be adjusted and he was right. 10/10 customer service philip was there and helped out too. I went in for a screen savor and a young man named Tim also helped me out. Great workers. Even the manager was nice. Don’t remember his name.
