I'm visiting from California and I have to say that Omar and Brian works extremely helpful and competent. I came in looking to switch my service from Verizon and they provided me with a great new plan and I walked out saving money and feeling great about the service! Highly recommend this location.

Needed to change my plan from AT&T to T-Mobile. I walked in, was immediately helped and they quickly got my phone transferred over. It took less than 10 minutes! The people were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Worked with Alex and Mahir. Thanks fellas! Go here if you need to switch to T-Mobile!

Jeremy and the manager (forgot his name but he has a mohawk :) we’re both amazing in helping my mom cancel her T-Mobile account. Despite her not being able to convey all of the info he needed right away,Jeremy was very professional and patient in getting her all taken care of. I figure nowadays since most people take care of their customer service issues online, these brick and mortar stores service mostly older people like my mom. This location seems well suited to assist custoners in those situations IMO.

You know the feeling when you encounter people who are fantastic at their job? It's usually the other way around right? That's why I decided to write a review. Carlos is that person! He is sooo knowledgeable, patient and helpful and quick. I was having issues with my son's watch/phone by Xplora. We switch him to T mobile and it has been smooth sailing since then. Carlos pointed out all the ways how to save me money. He was honest, never arrogant and just so easy to deal with. I wish more people would take pride in what they do.

I have been a happy and satisfied tmobile customer for 18+ yrs. 7 weeks ago I started to get dropped calls. In a 10 minute time frame, 7 dropped calls. In a 3 minute time frame 3 dropped calls, daily. My calls to customercare drop and they call me back, repeatedly. I have spent more time with tmobile than some of their employees. Calling, going into stores, new "refurbished phone" which is NOT a new phone, 2 new Sim cards,updated setting, removed my case (another stupid request of tmobile), removed all unnecessary apps. Nothing has changed, continuous dropped calls. No friends are family want to talk to me it is SO annoying. I have always be nice, it is not the person on the phones fault, they have commented how nice I am with such aggravation. Today, again I called...tmobilt told me they could not fix my issue, the want me to be happy, perhaps leaving tmobile would make me happier. Beware, tmobile will not help you. They will waste 7 weeks of you time and then say go elsewhere. Tmobile is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever heard of. Please, save yourself what I have gone through, take you business and hard earned money ey elsewhere.

My service stopped on July 19 (I suspect hacking although I never got a definitive explanation). The T-Mobile internal system to recover my service was a nightmare. I have since switched to AT+T.In trying to resolve the issue (PIN number, Transfer PIN number for an account must be texted to the account phone even though it is not receiving texts), I received great service from Carlos on July 21. However, when I needed more information and went back to this location on July 22 in the afternoon, when Carlos was not working, I was yelled at by staff and backed away from by staff as though I had a loaded gun in my hand. Two of three people working there that day, whose names I do not have, were so nasty and dismissive of a customer in obvious distress I can't even tell you how upset I was. If you MUST go to this store, only deal with Carlos. Otherwise go to the Old Orchard T-Mobile location and work with Brad, Antonio or Jasmine, who are all lovely.

One would think someone who has iPhones and apple products as long as I would know his way around his iPhone. Not so. So T-Mobile is there to rescue me. I avoid the people gone customer service as we generally don't communicate well. I spent some time at this store with Antony. He guided me through all my questions and suggested my next options to consider while searching fir the products I hope yo upgrade to. He was super knowledgeable about all the products and plans and financials involved. All this assistance mind you, while he dealt with me, a tech illiterate half crazed loon, another customer who was less than able to comprehend what Antony was trying to explain and a homeless guy with demands and insisting on charging his phone and using the bathroom while asking fir shelter. The point is, Antony handled it ALL without breaking a sweat. If this guy was in corporate he would be an invaluable asset. Tmobikebisbisuallynpretty good with in-store customer service but Antony rocks the house! Give the guy a raise.

Carlos helped me in one meeting more than I have been helped until now!! He was extremely clear in his explanation, patient and kind. I felt very lucky to have encountered him. He does T Mobile a huge honor in the most competent service he offers. My peace of mind knowing that all my questions will be answered always, has no price!

Went here to upgrade my phone. Walked in and stood there for 30 minutes without anyone so much as saying hello. Left the stoor, walked to Verizon and switched carriers. EZPZ.

I went because my cell phone was stolen and I want to block my line and recover my cell phone through insurance but I didn't have the PIN to do it by call, so I went to the store they made the call but the guy who was "helping me” went in to the warehouse and took like 30 min to came back , when he finally came out he saw a pretty girl and decided to take care of her and leave me there I ask to someone else but they tell me that they were really busy , the person on the call even hung up on me because nobody was there helping me, I was there for 50 min !!

Today was a great day! I went into T-Mobile to inquire about IPads for my boys and my experience with Antony and Ciara was beyond amazing. They both took customer service to new heights. They were patient, helpful, funny, and found me discounts that I was not expecting. It is always nice to come across good people. Thank you both!
