Got my car in to replace air valves on 3 tires got everything fix in less than 20mins, they are all very nice and pleasant to talk too, now i know where to go on the next time i need some tire repairs price is good too overall great job guys lookin forward on doing business with u guys.

DO NOT GO TO OAKTON TIRES ANYMORE. Went to get my tie rods replaced and an alignment done. I previously didn’t have any issues with my tie rod other than some slight play. The “professional” tech lacks the knowledge of how to work on cars and damaged my tie rod threads while trying to remove it. He then stated he wasn’t skilled enough to replace it and to take it to a mechanic. He sent me out of the shop without even tightening my tie rod. It was hand tightened at best. I notified the owner of the negligence of his workers and he told me my car was the issue because it was “too rusty” and that ME the customer should cut my tie rod off and replace it. I never asked for compensation I was simply stating to him that the work that was done to my car was very dangerous as I could’ve gotten in a bad accident.(I was also late for work almost twice because my car wasn’t safe to drive and it felt like I was losing control everytime i went to brake) Franco responded and and said “My business is money” completely disregarding that i was losing money as well and could’ve ended up in a dangerous situation. I tightened my tie rod down with the same tools he has at the shop. To his surprise I fixed it maybe because your uncertified tech is the problem not my car lol. After doing business with Franco for about 2 years now I was surprised that he would do this to a customer that has supported him and his business but I guess that’s how he runs his business nowadays. Safe to say I won’t be going there anymore and I recommend everyone to stay away from them as they don’t care about their customers anymore and just “money” now.

They really show their competence by explaining to you your options, and why they recommend certain things over others. They are quick, and quite fair. And I found out they will come to you to fix your tire at no extra cost!
