A very inept group of people at this BofA I had to go to the one in rivers park to get correct service. Specifically a female teller (didn't wait to get her name) she's African American and wears glasses She told me my check couldn't be cashed because the date read the 12th, it was the 11thI left and went to the rogers location and got it cashed. Dear managers, retrain that lady, she's a dumbass.

They usually accept walk-in even though it's better to make appointment online. The employees here are friendly and they explained the service and terms very patiently. Service can be a little slow depending on the number of employees that are available.

The number they left for me earlier was from a different bank. Told me to come in today to open a credit card, only to come in and tell me that the person I had an appointment with was sick and that I didn't have enough days with an account to apply for a credit card. So what did you have me make an appointment for today before?And the first time I opened the account, you did not help me open online banking, now authorization code can not be received.

Terrible service. So each banker can deal with 1 client each hour? The teller was super rude....mama Mia, are you kidding me? You just literally wanted to get out...please don't be so rude even if it's your enemy...unbelievable

You need to change the program of the ATM machine,For example, expedite the transactions where it no longer gives you transitions and time wasting menus, it asks you "would you like to make another transaction" why do you need to ask this? its gonna ask you for the card again anyway, so just return it back to the main screen so its easier for people to understand that their transaction was complete. Whoever is programming these machines need to get replaced.

Waited 15 minutes in line to try to get $20 in quarters, only one teller and they had a difficult person just ahead of time that they wouldn’t move off to the side. Terrible service, no excuse.
