It's not the store it's AT&T in general. Few things.. 1. Att told me he promotion for 10.00/month internet for people on snap benefits was only during the pandemic, they lied. Seeing as it's available on their website right now. 2. And I cannot stress this enough do not get any kind of Internet or phone with them if you are late paying your bill you have to pay they will not allow you to talk to someone about it at all on the phone number. 3. Even when I was able to reach someone the staff member was rude inconsiderate and tried blaming me for the fact that I should have prepared for not being able to pay the bill. I told that asshole maybe your CEO should put money aside to help out people during the pandemic instead of being a greedy asshole do not ever get AT&T they are scammers and they do not deserve anyone's business fuck you, you stupid company

I'm not usually a review leaving kindof fellow but I had the good fortune of having Alex help me recently with a new unlocked phone. I wanted to add to my account and was having problems doing it online. Alex postponed his departure from work by a few minutes to help get the task done. Deeply knowledgeable, customer oriented, affable and very efficient. Alex should run AT&T and not just one store. Much appreciated.

Over crowded and under staffed, employees try their best to help their customers but it has NOT improved in over a year. I understand this is in part due to the pandemic but when you have 1 person trying to handle 8 people waiting in the store (I left after half an hour of waiting with 3 people ahead of me), they need other Solutions, such as setting up appointments, to handle their customers needs.Around the corner, Sprint was able to help me in five minutes.

Loved working with Romell. He was kind, professional had a certain demeanor about him that reads he’s actually in it for the people. There was a complete kind atmosphere that we haven’t experienced in quite some time. Thank you to AT&T and we look forward to still do business with them in the future

This review is for At&T, not the store. I have been a customer of At&T for many years and had a bundle package of internet and wireless. We are moving out of state and I tried to depart my daughter's cell phone line from our package so she could have her own account. For one month and eight phone calls I have tried to accomplish this task, but to no avail. Yesterday I received two emails that my internet account had been cancelled. Two hours later, I got my service back in place, but my daughter's phone line is still attached to ours. The internet and cable are one division and the wireless another. The two divisions don't communicate. There are no supervisors as everyone works remotely. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all! I would have cancelled our service, but my daughter needs her phone for work.

I was disappointed to go to the AT&T store at 1620 Chicago Ave in Evanston Illinois to find it closed. The website and the store door showed they opened at 11 AM on Sunday 9/19. We arrived at 11:50, stayed until 12:15 thinking they open at noon. No one was in the store and it never opened. I had to give my business to someone else as I needed a phone.

I always come to the location on Chicago Ave in Evanston when I need to do any kind of service. Their super nice and knowledgeable. I was just in for an upgrade and the salesperson that helped me made the process fast and painless.

I went to the store to convert my wife's prepaid flip phone to a smart phone added to my account, The agent was very courteous and advised that we should purchase a Samsung outright and add it to my existing account. That would require an activation fee and a reasonable increase to my monthly bill. Later I received an estimated bill that was more that twice what I was previously paying, I called Customer Service and was told that "it is just an estimated bill. sir" you actual bill will not be that much. I should wait until my next cycle to see my actual bill.This is a very confusing and disturbing process. If you cannot predict the new bill amount with some better accuracy. why send the confusing email?

I had a very good experience with Teddy. I was having a rough day, probably not in the best mood. But Teddy was very patient with me and the problem I was having with my phone, very professional and we had good conversation as we waited for my phone to transfer to another phone. It took a while because I didn’t feel confident doing it at home and she was totally okay with that, very accommodating. And I left with the problem solved and in a much better mood. I strongly recommend this place.

I went here after my iPhone took a swim in the lake. The man/manager helping me (I want to say his name was Noah? He has a kid is what I remember...) was incredibly helpful, patient, and educational. Took the time to explain my phone insurance and how to get a replacement device. Would highly recommend him!!!!
