    Really bad customer service… never shipped your order on time never.. have to call them million times to remind them that pls ship our order.. and when I asked why it has not shipped when it was supposed to they have no answer..!!     Called 10.7.24 around 10AM. Tried option 1 multiple times to which I was answered and immediately hung up on every time. Don't waste your time. Byram Healthcare has all the supplies this company has plus more, never had an issue with customer service 1-800-248-4546. Do better, Shield Associates!
