This company is a joke!!! I being with this company for 6 years. This company is SUCKS
They are constantly screwing up. When you call they always have a terrible attitude. Rude and disrespectful. They said they delivery your order and you don't get all of them. Then you can't do anything but they are stealing from the insurance. When Dr fax some paperwork they always said" We haven't received anything" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I came in from out of town and forgot a piece of my Apap machine. Ugh! It was unusable without it. After many phone calls to numerous places, I found Life Tech and they suggested coming in to see if they had what I needed. Victor was SO helpful, in spite of the fact that they were in the midst of an office move! He hooked me up (literally) with what I needed, and I could finish the rest of my vacation with the necessary sleep! Thank you for your superior service, Victor - Life Tech has a gem in you!

Okay, I first had to read all the reviews before I proceeded. I thought maybe I was overreacting but I'm definitely not. I don't know what happened to life tech but they used to be very patient oriented. I have been getting supplies for my daughter since 2012, I used to love them and they treated us like family. Nowadays they are just messy.. first, the supplies are never in stock, and when they send the supplies they are often not correct. When you call you get the run around and most times a bad attitude. Some of the representatives are unprofessional and rude. They refuse to provide their names and hang up on clients. When you call to talk to a supervisor they are never available or ignore the issue. It is a shame because they are providing supplies to medically complex individuals and vulnerable population. I feel like I'm begging them for supplies most times, yet they will bill the insurance and never send the supplies. Recently I have had to fight for my daughters life threatening medical items. I ordered a 14fr 2.0 and this is what they sent out a 14 Fr 2.5 which is totally different.You literally have to chase them down for proper service and at this point even respect..

They are constantly screwing up. Then when you call they ALWAYS have a terrible attitude. Rude and disrespectful. Been with them for almost 14 years and they absolutely suck! They used to be really good till they were taken over by another group and ever since it’s been hell. I’m looking forward to the day I can FINALLY leave them.

I made appointments for them to pick up cpap machines.
They did not show up wasted my day.called them several times can’t resolve .

The fact that the warehouse is 26 minutes from the hospital and they are making me wait 7 hours for delivery is ridiculous. I’m already over the experience with this company
