Superb customer service. Once you get carpet from Ken you never want to go anywhere else again! He's an expert in flooring as well as the entire home renovation process. Highly recommend! Repeat customer with many friends who have also used him.

I love my new carpet! The carpet and padding is so soft and cushy! Ken was extremely helpful with picking out the right color and type of carpet for my bedrooms. The installers were very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Thank you!

Absolutely the best. Period. Ken is a rarity these days when it's increasingly difficult to find service providers in which you can truly trust their honesty, transparency and quality of service. Ken and his team are very polite and helped my family out when our basement flooded in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to fit in the work between jobs knowing I had an aggressive timeline for the installation. The quality of the pad and carpet has transformed our basement to a much nicer space than we had previously. Their attention to detail and willingness to do the job complete was appreciated like patching the concrete channels and installing with virtually zero damage to existing molding. 100% will be using Carpets of Elmhurst for future rooms.

Ken was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with! I provided him with the details of what we were looking for and he quickly provided several selections to choose from within our budget. He allowed me to take samples home and did not pressure me to purchase at all. From walking into Carpets of Elmhurst to installation of our new carpet was less than two weeks. The installers were on time, polite, worked quickly, wore masks and were very cognizant of the current situation. Couldn't have been happier with our experience and will use Ken again in the future. Happy to use a local business who provides comparable prices and much better customer service than any big box stores.
