Cold comes in by bed from window. When heat is on u can't breath. Very uncomfortableRooms: Cold windows are close to bed in winter you have turn heat very high and air gets very dry hard to breath. Would not stay during winter again.

My stay was pleasant, however they did not clean any day of the week, my stay in the room was minimal, and it was not dirty, but it would be excellent if they had that attention.Walkability: It has a park where you can be outdoors with a small artificial lake

Wi-Fi is very very very weak!!!! I even cannot send a message and it always disconnectsSooooo badThe air conditioner is useless ?so hot and dry even I turn to 16 degrees,…The housekeeping is very unreliable, the pillowcases and bed covers are randomly installed, and only the heater will make you sweat, making you feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

The room is old, but has a separate living room and bedroom. I am satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities of the bathroom. The staff are very friendly. I got a lot of help. thank you Breakfast is simple but not bad. It was located in a quiet place, so I could rest comfortably.

Service was a desaster. Was booked thru United because of a delayed flight. The hotel doesn't have a own shuttle bus. Was told the driver is on his way, 50 min later I was picked up at the airport, together with maybe 30 other people, in a van for max 20 people. Driver was driving like hell, was not feeling save. Checkin was okayish, was busy, so understandable. The room itself was ok. But the worst was the restaurant/bar. Totally understaffed, 30 people waiting, the bartender was veeeerrrryyyx slow and totally unattending, when it was 10pm, he tried to send the still waiting people away with a very rude "kitchen closed".One of the worst and rudest hospitality experiences I had.

Staff was amazing. Everything clean and plentiful. I will be back again. Manager asked about my stay and very friendly. Staff all dressed professional and very attentive to queste and families. Stayed this past weekend with my partner and everything was perfect. From the check-in process, outstanding service to the space of the room. Ahmed is amazing! He went above and beyond making sure I was good to go in the preparation of my partner's birthday surprise.Only slight downfall is the room was a little unkept.. little spider webs in corners, some dust on floor and the showerhead broken but overall room was super spacious and had everything we needed :)Nearby activities: Conveniently close to Schaumburg, which has a big mall and lots of bars/restaurants.

The rooms seemed dingy and the cleanliness was questionable. The carpet looked dirty, the tub/shower was old and seemed to leak, and there were dirty towels thrown in the closet. A positive was that it's fairly close to the airport.

This is absolutely the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The customer service is horrible. The temperature in my room is unbearable and when I asked to have my room cleaned multiple times. No one showed up to clean the room.

The room seemed rather old. You could see it in the bathroom.The guys at the bar made the experience fun.The bed was horrible. Sleep really poorly for two nights.
